  ENTRY FORM

Dear ‘Marathonists’

Welcome to our ‘on line’ entry form for the 2010 season of the Chain Reaction Cycles MTB Marathons (powered by Mercedes-Benz Vito Sport), Road Sportives and other events.

Alternatively to the online entry system you can also enter via the downloadable entry form.

Any problems please call 01982 552923 or email mailto:info@mtb-marathon.co.uk.

Below you will find two different ways to enter the Chain Reaction Cycles MTB Marathon Series 2010 (powered by Mercedes-Benz Vito Sport).

1.)
You can download an entry form by clicking on the download button below. As there are five different mountain bike marathon events in the 2010 programme, two ELBNO events, two Road Sportives, plus other events taking place over the event weekends it might need a little bit of explaining. For that reason we would advise everybody to download and print off the whole entry form as it gives you all the information you need. Please fill in the form in and send it together with your cheque to our registration office in Builth Wells (you will find the address on the entry form). Once we have received your entry form and your cheque we will send your entry confirmation by email or post.

Please note that your start numbers will be given out at the registration desk at each event.

2.)You can enter and pay via our secure online entry facility which is hosted by out title sponsor Chain Reaction Cycles. Simply click on the online entry button and follow the instructions on screen. You can pay with credit or debit cards. If you are unsure about the online entry or if you have any problems please contact us on info@mtb-marathon.co.uk.

And don’t forget that you are entitled to a 5% discount on any other
product purchased whilst still on the site after you have finished your
online entry.

On the online entry you will find the discounted ‘weekend tickets’:

  • The ‘weekend ticket’ at the April Builth Wells and Ruthin event entitles you to the ELBNO and the Spring Marathon. We will enter you into the longest distance each day (Saturday: ELBNO; Sunday: 75/100km) but you can always downgrade when you sign on at registration in the event village.
  • The ‘weekend ticket’ at May Builth Wells and Selkirk event entitles you to the Road Sportive (Saturday), and the Chain Reaction Cycles MTB Marathon (Sunday). We will enter you into the longest distance each day (Saturday: approx. 50 or 100 mile Sportive; Sunday: approx. 100km) but you can always downgrade when you sign on at registration in the event village.

PLEASE NOTE: When entering online you can make multiple entries for friends and family. However, we will contact you before each event to establish the names of the individual riders taking part.  The email confirmation/invoice you receive beforehand will only confirm the number of riders paid for.

We will also be running a selection of other events across each weekend that you may be interested in. E.G off-road criteriums. Check the web site for further updates.

If you are using the entry form then you are obviously also entitled to the discount but you will have the chance to specify what distances you would like to do by ticking the appropriate box. Please follow the instructions on the entry forms regarding payment for the ‘weekend ticket’.
